Craig Howard Fisher 1954 ~ 2008 Craig Howard Fisher, age 53, passed away February 2, 2008 at home with family after a long courageous battle with spinoeerabellar ataxia. He was an inspiration to all who knew and loved him.He was born Oct. 18, 1954 in Salt Lake City, UT to Howard Rulon Fisher and Vera Fanny Jackson. He graduated from Olympus High School and served an LDS mission to Rome. On his return from Italy he attended BYU and later married Debra Townsend on Sept. 1, 1976 in the Salt Lake Temple. He loved and served the Lord honorably and faithfully throughout his life as Seventy's Group Leader, Young Men's president, ward clerk, counselor in the bishopric, bishop, high council representative, first counselor in the stake presidency and gospel doctrine instructor. His family's security and well-being were his first priority. He enjoyed spending time perfecting the yard and maintaining his vehicles. Mere words cannot express how much his family loves and misses their husband, father, papa and friend. We look forward to the day our family can all be together again.
